The girls soccer team had a tough go this season, pulling out a 5-10-1 record.
The team, however, had a huge game against crosstown rival Eastview, upsetting the Lightning in a 2-1 overtime thriller.
The team also had wins over Stillwater, Hastings, Southwest, and Farmington, and tied their first game of the year to Owatonna.
Defender Sidney Bethke also won the Athena Award, recognizing her tremendous performance in soccer, track, and gymnastics, as well as maintaining a 3.6 GPA.
