The gymnastics squad had a solid season this year, highlighted by some great performances and senior Sydney Bethke qualifying for state.
The gymnastics team got a big win versus Prior Lake in January, finishing with three Valley gymnasts in the top five. They followed up that win with a second place showing at the Eastview Invite.
Sidney Bethke had a monster season. She had some top finishes and ended up advancing to state. She also received the Athena Award for her tremendous performances in three sports and for her 3.6 GPA.
